What a company. I rang chasing a spare part for my Dad’s Walker.

No big sale ($18.00) Dometree not only had it in stock, he dropped it off to my Dad’s Nursing home on the way home from work because he was concerned my Father might have a accident with his walker with the part missing. So impressed you do not see service like this anymore. I would of given you 12 stars. Thank you Dometree.

I sprang my ankle playing tennis a week ago and was told by my gp to buy some moon boots for the injury. Visited the store and was welcomed by the lady staff(should’ve caught her name). She sat me down and catered to my needs very professionally with care. She helped me put the boots on and explained to me how to use them. The entire experience was very pleasant and I would recommend anyone who’s looking for mobility equipments to come here!

I cannot speak highly enough about the friendly and helpful service I received from Anastasia (Ana) when I needed to purchase a walker for my sister. When you are dealing with the worry of a loved one who is ill, it means the world to find someone supportive and proactive. Anastasia asked me my sister’s height after I’d phoned to inquire about the walker, and when I arrived at AbleMedilink’s Bentleigh store to see it, she had it all set up and ready. (It’s fantastic.) And she gave me a small senior’s discount, which I also really appreciated. Totally recommend.
